Rules for Life House Foundation's 2008 LA County Fair Charity Raffle
You must be 16 years or older to purchase a raffle entry. Only one (1) individual may be identified as the Purchaser (or buyer) of the raffle entry. All Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Tickets may be purchased via the internet and at the fair. All email communications, including the email ticket confirmation will be sent to the email address supplied during purchase. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide a valid, deliverable, mailing address and email address to Life House Foundation for Children. We assume no liability for lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable entries or entries without proper payment received, which entries shall be deemed invalid shall be immediately disqualified. Life House Foundation and Toyota of Glendora family members are not eligible to participate in any the raffle. Certain states deem raffles illegal therefore entry purchaser must determine if they are in compliance. By entering the raffle, the entry purchaser acknowledges that he or she is aware of and agrees with the raffle official rules.
General Conditions:
Raffle prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by mail or telephone, prizes are nontransferable. Life House Foundation reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if the advertised prize is unavailable. By entering the raffle, each participant releases Life House Foundation for Children and its agents from all responsibility of liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance of prize. By entering any raffle, participants recognize and agree that registration information provided by the participant may be made available to Life House Foundation, use of such information will be governed by Life House Foundation’s privacy policy. Taxes, if any, related to the prizes are the responsibility of the individual winner. Winners will be required to verify address or execute and return an affidavit of eligibility / publicity with 14 days of notification attempt or the prize may be forfeited. Entry constitutes permission to use winner’s names, stories, ideas, suggestions and promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Life House Foundation assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or to any other persons relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials in connection with this raffle.
Life House Foundation for Children is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming or utilized in this raffle, which may occur in the processing of the orders. Life House Foundation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the online raffle due to not being capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of Life House Foundation. By entering the raffle, you may occasionally receive announcements through email. By entering the raffle, you agree to be bound by these official rules. Life House Foundation reserves the right to discretion, to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with the order mechanism, to the official rules or acting in a disruptive manner.
The Life House Foundation for Children is proud to announce it's First Annual Charity Car Raffle to
occur at the Los Angeles County Fair, September 5, 2008 through September 28, 2008.
The raffle drawing will occur onsite at the L.A. County Fair at the Life House Booth on Sunday,
September 28, 2008, at 8:00 PM PST.
